What is the war protocol for communication channels on US soil that are taken over by enemy forces? Aka, facebook, reddit, etc?
Anybody got the skinny on what happens?
Seems like communication blocking, which is now an interconnected ecosystem of corporate and non corporate systems is FUBAR by anti-American actors and true terrorists.
What's the US military response to this?
