I'm debating a person about veganism and he has provided some good arguments. In order to sum up the points, he is supporting that veganism is better:

>for preventing pandemics
He sent me a video by a New Age Atheist who was analyzing some of the benefits of veganism. I want to be able to rebuke him so please post any redpills you have on this.

99.99% of Vegans buy their vegetables from grocery store chains that are supplied by companies that use modern industrial agriculture to mass produce vegetables. This farming method destroys ecosystems, displaces animals (inevitably leading to their death), depletes the minerals and nutrients in the soil and essentially creates a wasteland. Grass fed beef liver is the healthiest thing you could possibly eat. I eat it every week. It tastes like absolutes shit. So I shop it up real fine and mix it in with grass fed ground beef and make pattys.
I pretty much only use ghee as a cooking oil. You may also use coconut oil and avocado oil.
He isn't a God, but Dave Asprey's Bulletproof Diet is a good place to start.
