The problem is that this "Make Racists Afraid Again" shit is trending, and it's working. You have piece of shit antifa doxxing and getting real world life-ruin inflicted on people for shit that has nothing to do with their job, or their school, claiming "protecting our community" when it's really them saying "oh, they said the N word so they don't deserve to live."
We need to drive them underground the same way they're trying to do to us - but with the law, rather than violence. The law has always been on our side and it needs to stay that way. Get something thrown together, disguise it as a "job protection act" that criminalizes any effort to attempt to get someone fired or disrupt their life when they haven't committed any illegal activity, everyone that gets busted gets thrown in jail for a few years, and anyone that gets fired can sue the people that helped get them fired and take all their shit in a civil judgment. As in…multiple years salary minimum for someone that gets fired, and multiple years average salary of what job they would have likely obtained with their degree, had they been allowed to finish out their degree, if they get kicked out of college.
Take it all the way down the rabbit hole. You called someone's boss? Jail and you lose your shit. You posted a doxx on Twitter or Facebook? Jail and you lose your shit. You even fucking retweeted or liked a post of a doxx to give it more exposure? Jail, unless you rat out the identities of the people doing the doxxing and it leads to someone doing that shit getting arrested.
No matter what the plea bargain it can never go below a felony, and that particular felony should come with a lifetime condition of never being able to vote again, being barred from any political activity or organizing for life.
Make it so the people that are doing the doxxing are just as much at risk of having their life ruined, and take out a few big names and get them thrown in prison like antifashgordon, pbdoxxer, identifydixie, and you'll start to see that movement get weaker. But we need the laws in place to get it done.
