given the price they ask for maintenance, it was no wonder it failed. Even if they did so today, it would still sell a bit, but only to people that only want the logo. And this is also why they won't do it.

I think anon is wondering about a mass-produced affordable Ferrari. I think the Alfa Romeo 4C does quite well, but at least in the US anyone who buys a new Ferrari is buying it to brag about being rich, not for actual driving so I doubt it'd sell enough to justify its existence.
