Photos of cocaine found in a phone locker in President Joe Biden's White House this summer can be revealed by DailyMail.com for the first time.

The Secret Service included images of the bag of white powder that was found in a cubby hole used to store personal belongings near the White House's West Executive entrance in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.

Cocaine was found on Sunday, July 2 while the Biden family - including son Hunter - was spending the weekend away at Camp David ahead of the Fourth of July holiday.

The discovery prompted an evacuation of the West Wing and street closures surrounding the White House and then triggered an 11-day investigation once the substance was identified as the illicit drug.

Documents obtained by DailyMail.con also show the Deputy Director of the FBI was involved in the investigation, which clouded the Biden administration in scandal this summer.

The Secret Service closed the investgation in less than two weeks due to a 'lack of evidence.'

The list of suspects had been narrowed down to 500, but security footage wasn't able to determine the owner.

There also weren't usable fingerprints or other DNA evidence on the 'dime-sized' zipper-lock bag that contained less than a gram of the drug.

It is unclear if any suspects were interviewed during the short investigation.

The Secret Service said the cocaine was sent for 'destruction' on July 14, a day after the probe wrapped up.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre's initial response to questions about whether the cocaine could belong to a Biden came in the form of pointing out that they weren't home.

She then lashed out at a reporter who asked - five days after the discovery - if she could say 'once and for all' that the baggie didn't belong to a Biden family member.

'You know, there has been some irresponsible reporting about the family and so I've got to call that out here,' the press secretary said. 'And I have been very clear.'

'I was clear two days ago … the Biden family was not here, they were not here, they were at Camp David,' she continued. 'They were not here Friday, they were not here Saturday, they were not here Sunday. They were not even here Monday. They came back here on Tuesday.'

The questions were asked because Hunter Biden wrote an entire memoir about his battle with drug and alcohol abuse, which included descriptions of heavy cocaine use.

First daughter Ashley Biden has also struggled with drug use and been to a rehab facility.

In the days following the discovery, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan suggested a construction worker could have brought in the cocaine, as it was found near the Situation Room, which was being renovated at the time.

'I would make a point about the Situation Room because I think there's been a lot questionable reporting on this. The Situation Room is not in use and has not been in use for months because it is currently under construction,' Sullivan said.

'We are using an alternative Situation Room in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, so the only people coming in and going out of the Sit Room in this period have been workers who are getting it ready to go,' he added.

She was 86.

Barry was a federal appellate judge in Philadelphia and retired in 2019, ending a civil misconduct inquiry that was launched after reporting by The New York Times alleged the then-president and his siblings evaded inheritance taxes.

After her brother won the 2016 presidential election, Barry gave up her court staff and took inactive status in early 2017, The Associated Press reported.

President Ronald Reagan appointed Barry, a Republican, to the U.S. District Court for New Jersey in 1983. In 1999, she was appointed to the 3rd U.S. Court of Appeals in Philadelphia by President Bill Clinton.

The Daily Voice first reported Barry's death.

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Barry came under scrutiny after a 2018 New York Times report alleged that Trump family patriarch Fred Trump and his children orchestrated a tax scheme to inflate the family fortune and possibly evade taxes.

Barry was a senior judge on the 3rd Circuit court when the report was published but had stopped actively hearing cases.

Fred Trump “often” consulted with Barry on legal matters during her time as a federal judge, the Times reported. Barry was also reportedly present at meetings at Trump Tower in 2003 “for one of their periodic updates on their inherited empire” with the siblings and then-Trump Organization chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg. (Weisselberg and the company were charged with tax fraud in 2021 by the Manhattan district attorney’s office. He pleaded guilty, and the company was convicted at trial.)

According to the Times, citing records and interviews, Donald Trump and his siblings “set up a sham corporation to disguise millions of dollars in gifts from their parents,” and properties were transferred to him and his siblings using questionable tax planning. Although the Times did not explicitly list which of the siblings were involved with the “sham corporation,” the report suggests all Trump siblings, including Barry, had at least benefited from the scheme.

After the Times report was published, a judicial panel launched a civil misconduct inquiry into Barry in response to four citizen complaints. Barry’s voluntary retirement in April 2019 ended the review that was prompted by claims based on the Times report.

Barry also drew attention when The Washington Post reported in 2020 on a secretly recorded audio of her criticizing her brother as a liar with “no principles.” The audio, which NBC News also obtained, was secretly recorded by Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, a vocal critic of him. Mary Trump recorded more than 15 hours of discussion between her and Barry in 2018 and 2019 and released parts of the records to corroborate her 2020 book about the Trump family, "Too Much and Never Enough."

Trump allies swiftly came to his defense after the audio was released.

The former president’s younger brother, Robert Trump, died in 2020. His funeral was held at the White House.

Ivana Trump, Donald Trump’s first wife and the mother of his three oldest children, died last year at age 73.

-Professor Turley is a very respected liberal law professor and longtime civil libertarian. Has been critical of both parties over the years.

-Turley says the use of John Huber gives the IG the prosecutor he needs to bring charges and seek indictments. (No need to go through RR which is critical)

-Huber is conducting a full-fledged criminal investigation into all the matters Republicans are calling for a special counsel to investigate.

-Huber has been investigating these possible crimes for five months (Now seven), since November 2017.

-By giving the IG a prosecutor they can now go after the deep state without looking like a political witch hunt. This is critical.

-Sessions informed Congress in his letter that all the matters recommended for investigation by Goodlatte, Gowdy, and Grassley are “fully within the scope of [Huber’s] existing mandate.” He also informed the chairmen that Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is working with Huber, has a staff of 470 investigators, giving Huber access to enormous investigative firepower that far exceeds the staff of any special counsel. (Who needs a SC with that type of manpower?)

-The inspector general’s jurisdiction to conduct civil and criminal investigations includes “actions taken by former employees after they have left government service.” Then Huber can act on any of those matters.

-This is HUGE A Grand Jury can be empaneled anywhere, in any deep red state, away from D.C. (This is very important and why Trump needed to appoint as many Judges as possible)

-Huber and Horowitz can accomplish everything a SC can do.

-If Sessions feels that charges should have been made that weren't, he can still appoint a SC to make that happen.

-Huber is a lawyer from deep red Utah, not the D.C. swamp.

-“If a special counsel were appointed, there would be a great deal of delay,” Turley stated, versus the team of Huber and Horowitz, who are already five months into this investigation. (It's too late to even appoint a SC. Charges can be filed before midterms.)

-From /u/ClardicFug - Huber and Horowitz were both appointed to their positions by the Obama administration. This helps optics a lot. Pretty much decimates the "Trumped rigged the investigation" argument that's sure to be made.
