總統府秘書長陳菊任高雄市長時的專門委員趙嘉寶，因為收賄而在2014年被判刑11年定讞，但趙未入監服刑，2015年6月遭通緝至今，卻四處趴趴走還在臉書發文，《蘋果》今年11月初獨家踢爆此事後，趙馬上關臉書，高雄檢警也組成專案小組緝捕趙，但至今一無所獲，立委黃國昌、許毓仁今在立法院司委會質詢此事，《蘋果》今早發現他已重開臉書，但並未有新PO文。
但《蘋果》報導2小時後，趙嘉寶又再度關閉臉書。
立委許毓仁質詢時也指，趙嘉寶被判刑後，不但曾和邱太三吃飯，還和陳菊見面，「難道他們都不知道趙遭通緝嗎？」蔡清祥則指，這部分他很難判斷，但對於趙的行蹤歡迎全民提供線索。

一向被視為總統府祕書長陳菊愛將的高雄市府前專委趙嘉寶，5年前因貪污索賄180萬元遭判11年定讞，但他至今仍逍遙法外，不僅高調在臉書發文，甚至還和時任亞洲大學教授的前法務部長邱太三同桌飲宴，且將照片貼到臉書，直到《蘋果新聞網》去年11月踢爆此事，他才關閉臉書。網友狂酸「這沒包庇誰信啊？黨證真好用！貪污也不用被關！」刑事局在高雄市警方呈報建議後，3月21日把他列入「重要緊急查緝專案」對象，照片貼在各個警局，全力查緝。
