與1883初步進行了討論以後，我們決定先試行一個小規模的徵稿出刊活動。
我曾經幾次討論過過去週年本活動中斷的最主要原因，大概可以歸納為缺乏資金與人員，以及時間。
所以我想過，能不能把籌辦週年本的活動，也如同最近的管理改革一樣，也外放出來，給島民一起集思廣益，共同策劃？
所以，我目前初步的想法，就是進行一次類似過去一到六週年本式的投稿活動，這次就叫13週年慶？或大家可以一起想。然後我們出數位本的，把刊印的成本與壓力轉移。
然後，我們大概也是要徵稿，不過是要公開的徵，還是私下去向同時也身為島民的畫師邀稿？
1883說，要讓島民掏錢出來買，最好還是有一定技術含量，而過去的週年本，其實比較接近業餘性的刊物。
所以我想過，大概可以籌備到2~3萬元的經費，然後當作稿費等等的，接著邀幾位畫師，我們選定特定主題來邀稿，大概是幾篇短漫以及慶賀圖等？
當然我想還是可以公開來討論，各位有甚麼其他靈感嗎？但總之我覺得1883重新有出刊週年本的意願了，這是無論如何都值得嘗試的開始。

既然刪除是真的怪怪的我就一定要好好弄清楚是怎麼回事，我就覺得奇怪怎麼會剛好有人在我離職時正好跑進來管綜合。
