那些主機絕大多數是從俄羅斯部分大城市或摩爾多瓦、歐洲部分國家、薩爾瓦多等國來的
雖然每個發文的標題都不同，但內容全都一樣
會擅長用世界各國的短網址服務、俄羅斯論壇來製作相關討論版
既使有一部分曾經被刪除掉或停權
而根據其關鍵字PTHC的搜尋結果來看
不是被隱藏、就是會導向至彰化縣立北斗高中的相關搜尋結果
而目前這時候除了部分網址之外，還沒有任何大的行動
日後若有相關動向，將會在此發布報告
我們一定要懲罰當初的那位外國幼幼廚
一定要公諸於世，不然只會永遠讓對方有機會脫罪

關於「短網址從哪裡來的？這個疑問
我好像在兩年前有在某個檔案網站中有看到犯人羅列出世界各國的短網址服務網站
然後在那裏面還有台灣與日本會常用到的短網址服務
但目前還未看到犯人用過台灣的短網址服務網站
多數是歐美地區的
不過有些已經被毀了找不到(可能是被警察給抄了)
