If you look at the listing, he bought it in 2015 for 200,000 and tried to sell it for 275,000 on 04/29, the greedy bastard.

239,000 is still way above market value for something as crap as that. I know location and shit but it's basically still a 1976 house without any real upgrades to it.

Well yeah that's what happens when banks and other entities get literally free money pumped into them, they have to buy something with it.

And since there is so much free money going around "intangible" goods (shares and other financial products) aren't priced properly through offer/demand and any sort of real world results, so all the institutional operators (banks, insurances, pension funds) have to buy something relatively safe… AKA real estate.

Which is how you get the smallest building in a third rate town in the developed world to be sold millions… it's because it's not a private entity buying it but a corporate one.

If it is a private one… it's one with a massive risky loan of said free central bank money that has to be used.

>literal niggermonkey thinks the spanish out-explored the Romans

But they did. The Italians explored the Mediterranean and the land immediately adjacent to it. The Spaniards found and colonized North and South America, and basically ruled the Atlantic for a time.

The Romans crashed their economy with endless spending and destroyed the value of their currency by washing copper coins in silver. The Spanish flooded their economy with silver, sugar, tobacco, and chocolate from their colonies.

Even before Rome turned to Christianity, the Italians were still colossal fuckups that just had no significant outside threats. Keep in mind these people got thought mercenaries as praetorian guards was a good thing. The thought that these mercs might decide to just sell the crown to the highest bidder never occurred to the drunken, inbred, lead-poisoned, dago minds of the Roman aristocracy.

You know what the colors of the Italian flag stand for? The red is tomato sauce; the green is onions; the white is cheese; the blue is loyalty to allies; and the gold represents military accomplishments, scientific discovery, and economic prosperity.

No idea about that, but I know for a fact that Hellenes did go in contact with the Chinese. Speaking about Kingdom of Baktria in particular. Heard about the famous terracota army of Qin dynasty? Yes, it was inspired by the design of Greek sculptures. I guess Alexander and his succesors were true badasses rivaling Romans in their prime, in the ancient times Hellenic culture went everywhere as far as India and China; Baktrians ended up basically taking over northern India at some point and massively influencing the Gandhara culture. Who knows how the world would look like without shitlamic conquests that turned the East into the smoldering ruins of civilization they continue to be today.
