Question for Anons. I was planning on going on a vacation to eastern Europe next year and I wanted to know the ins and outs of getting a firearm sent home if i found something neat. I am aware of how the FFL6 works and the crap I would need to do.
I was thinking of sending the parts separate and the receiver in some metal trash antique i can find. Both to a PO Box in a alias.
Any ideas on how to mail a broken down rifle home without much risk? I have no interest in anything that would illegal to own and what i could find. Finding some milsurp from WW2 would be neat. Everything in the US costs a fortune.

You would be violating the UN ban on small arms dealing. God knows what happens for that. You might have to live in Africa for punishment. Maybe you can learn to smuggle Ebola laden bush meat there.

Send it to Mexico and have it brought north by beaners.
Alternatively let the US government confiscate it and then you can buy it back off the spic drug cartels.

Try writing "NOT A GUN" on the package. They'll think that nobody trying to smuggle guns into the country could possibly be stupid enough to be that obvious and not even check.

Why should I care about a bunch of shitskin countries that keep complaining about our 1st and 2nd amendments? What do we have to do to stop funding those parasites?

TSA qual`d x-ray operator here, with the exception of full polymer lower with all metal removed (trigger bar, slide release that shit) gun metal stands out about as much as a black man in Montana, if you use shielding its classed as opaque and gets extra screening, its legitimately easier to get explosives through that it is gun parts. only recommendation would to do what we joked about in training, surgically insert them into yourself, or take a boat.

OP, trying to break international law is a bad idea and I wouldn't suggest it.
On a completely unrelated note, the TSA is dogshit at security and the niggers it employs couldn't catch an Indian with his pants down. Last time I flew with a pistol in my baggage, I spent 10 minutes in the oversized/unusual items line waiting for my bag. On a whim, I went and checked the general baggage claim, and there was my bag. This was a bag that was declared to have a gun in it to the TSA, had a tracking number slapped onto it, and filed into the computer system. And they were still unable to keep track of it. Customs would probably be stricter, but not by a wide margin. You could probably stick a locked and loaded SMG into your bag, and it would go through as long as you didn't declare it.

I personally know of someone in my airshit team who managed to purchase and ship real metal 1911 frames and slides without getting caught by Japanese customs. I'm sure that the US has worse customs so just be smart about it tbqh.

put the gun in a waterproof package and tie it underneath the ship's hull. After you sail home, wait for nightfall, dive somewhere far enough not to be spotted by any camera, and swim to retrieve your package.

have you ever tried to get a PO box? granted the requirements might be different from state to state, but the one and only time i did it, i had to have my residential address verified by a postman, in person. so good luck with that.

this is pretty true. After flying home from the 4th of july a few years ago I had my backpack hand searched by a TSA nig after being flagged on the x-ray.
Didn't realise until I got home and dumped out my backpack upside down that i had a handful of firecrackers and a few bottlerockets fall out.

Buy about 20 cutlery and tool sets it will cost you nothing because this is East Europe. Break the gun into parts and spread them among the boxed sets. If you fear some part (metal, wood, plastic) is going to look gun shaped on a roentgen machine, do NOT wrap it in foil, pack dust of a similar material (metal, wood, plastic) wrap tightly with tape. Pay $15-30 to fedex the boxes home and send them once per day over a period of weeks. Put together this will cost maybe $200, and the gun itself will cost about $1000 so it's not a bad shipping cost.
The reason why it works is because the customs system is not perfect, ESPECIALLY for FedEx packages which go from East Europe to America in a day. These packages go through the system with less than one second per package to be examined, they literally fly through the xray machine in developed countries the machine also has a chemical sniffer which detects drugs and explosives, but this is unlikely in East Europe and then the package goes into loading for the next available flight. The image/data taken during the loading of the package is examined while the package itself is flying the final leg of the journey by a tired customs clerk, he slides through 10,000 pictures in a single workday, and always errs on the side of rubber stamping it unless it looks really suspicious like a human head.
I'm telling you it works not 1%, not 10%, it works 100% of the time.

Can you guys not read, he's talking about mailing it not carrying it with him on the airplane. TSA has fuckall to do with mailed packages, those are the purview of customs and border protection. If TSA was in charge he wouldn't have to do anything, he could board the airplane with a loaded gun and test fire it multiple times on the way to the airplane.
Here is a helpful image.

Mailed packages get scanned too and if gun parts are obvious on a TSA x-ray machine they're gonna show up on a customs one too you retard.

TSA dosent operate the same everywhere in the us. Some airports have every single person do a full body scan like in your pic and others just have everyone walk through a metal detector.

FedEx especially small boxes have very little time to be checked, and very little attention is paid to them. I have an intimate knowledge of this shit, let's just say if the drug dealers in mexico were willing to pay a bit more for shipping they would never have to invent bullshit submarines or dig tunnels.

Funny. All the drug dealers I know IRL utilize USPS and only USPS because FedEx and the rest of the private shipping solutions are more cautious/do more stringent testing of their packages.

USPS is also a good choice locally but you'll notice OP is talking about shipping from abroad. How is he supposed to find a USPS location in Belorussia? Also I'd be scared that they'd lose the package.
