I think only the jersey was required, and thankfully some other anon already made it, but again this has been a trainwreck from the start, you can't announce something when you are not sure if you are able to do it, then quit making everyone believe the cup is dead and then again come back pretending everything was fine all along and demand the boards to give you the teams withing 24 hours.
Also i can't imagine a 8cup without /pol/ or /v/, i think even /test/ that is not even a real board made it instead.
