I want you to look at every facial detail. The grin in particular. Notice how almost every tooth is visible, even from a normal smile. The nose, as is plainly evident, is huge. The eyes are beady, well-set and almost look perpetually angry. Finally, in the cases of Ilana and to a lesser degree, David, their natural hairstyle is frizzy and curled, like that of a Negro. Unless they style their hair, it will naturally return to this state. This does not happen on a person of pure white stock.
If I saw a person that looked like any of these four, I'd instinctively recognize them as a jew without having to ask any questions or finding out what their name is. It is that obvious.
