No idea what you want from her, so I can't help you there, but I suppose it can't hurt to get to know her most common triggers. Nothing at all nefarious in my edits btw, most the time it's only the content that's from the original file, maybe a bit rearranged, or maybe the author's bullshit taken out (send me a tribute, post a comment, don't cum, STOP, etc). Nothing worse than being 1/2 a second into busting a nut, then the FDom tells you to immediately stop. Trying to pull the swimmers back after they jumped off the diving board is my least favorite activity.

It is deliberately left-heavy. For a long time, I listened to it only that way. Then I switched the channels to also have a right-heavy version, and also created two versions (left, right and right, left) that switch their channels in the middle of the session. I would say, though, that it was good that I first etched the original version into my brain for a while before starting to southern beanmane things up a little.

The versions switching the channels mid-session also don't seem to be better in principal, just because they have more variety. After the first half, the brain hemispheres seem to have been accustomed to the previous audio and the switch can be sort of irritating. I recommend always watching yourself and optimizing for maximally challenging your stubborn mind on a high level by making the choices that have the deepest impact, not making decisions in harmony with your ego and comfort zone, but deliberately against it.

I also recommend to realize the roles of the brain hemispheres (left pedantic, right creative etc.), so that you can try more informed and targeted approaches for being deeply influenced. The speech center, e.g., is in the left brain hemisphere, which is connected to the right ear. When she primarily talks into your left ear, the speech can be expected to have a more indirect or just different influence.
