Have you ever been addicted to a dom? I kinda would like to experience that but i find myself listening to a diffrent domme every night. Any suggestion on how to focus on only one? And wich domme focus a lot of her content around the idea of making you addicted to her?

It's almost the go-to answer but K@5h@ 5h@k71 is a good one for domination and addiction, but without turning you into a cash dispenser, messing with your sex life or even demanding you be exclusive.
Heavily focused around chastity though, if that has implications for any relationships you might have.
Listen to 5urr3nd3r for a week, then move onto her other recordings for a week at a time each. Always frontload each recording with 5urr3nd3r if possible.
I was hooked on her for several months last year. I still get urges to fall back in again, but I'm forcing myself to try other hypnotists to see how I respond.
Alternatively if you want to go completely f***ed up off the deep end and don't care about the nature of the suggestions, go with 8@8mb1 5133P.

Hypn071( H4yl33 is good for creating feelings of addiction (at least her earlier work). A lot of her content is focused around addiction to her, and you really get the sense that she believes what she's saying about her divinity and superiority, so it's easy to get swept up into that fantasy.
As a downside, her later work focuses so transparently on findom that she loses what made her so addictive to begin with. I purged my files because of that but do miss the earlier stuff.

Well I hate to break it to you, but a lot of decent hypnodommes have 30-45 minute files. That's not uncommon.
Some tists go up to and over an hour.
Besides, hypnosis is all about focusing all of your attention one thing for a prolonged period. If you can't, then practice.
I'm currently listening to S@m@nth@ S3z. Maybe try some of the Tr@nce Tr@ining ones for those? They're only 20 minutes a pop at the start and I'm getting really incredible results from those by the fourth session.
Just beware that S@m@nth@ S3z has a reputation for slipping in sissy and CEI stuff in her files.
If you're into that, or comfortable that they won't affect you (there's a pretty obvious CEI one in the third file and it's not influenced me at all), then try her?

Yes i mean you are right, but Z@1d@'s files consistently last longer than 40/45 minutes, while others dommes also have a lot of smaller files. I'll try to practice tho.

I think my addiction started when I was really really young. When I was like 10 I got really really into sissy hypno as some of the first material I ever saw, then I started getting into transformation stuff. I used to just have it on my little mp3 CD walkman all the time when I would ride the bus to school, and the bus vibrations on my way to school made me get a little hardon.
I pretty much listened to that and IQ reduction hypnosis stuff from old filesharing desktop apps for what must have been years at a time on and off. My parents thought I was going through like normie teenage depression years and was just locked up in my room being moody but I was mostly just lying down on my bed for upwards of 3+ hours each evening listening to this stuff rotting my brain.
