Every time i try a hypno file i never can bring myself all the way through to the end. does anyone have any suggestions to help me remain in trance?

Focus on your breathing and the voice and try not to analyse or overthink what is happening to you, just try to lose yourself in the moment.
Or maybe the files you're listening to are just not for you even if you're interested in the effects. Different styles of hypnosis effect different people differently. Like, some people are into dominatrix-type inductions with heavy "obey your mistress, slave" type language but that's a huge turnoff for me and, as such, files with that kind of induction never really did anything for me.

Another thing, there are erotic/recreational hypnosis files by skilled people with serious hypnosis training or at least people who read a few good books on the subject and then there are erotic "hypnosis" files that are more accurately described as hypnosis-themed fetish audio where there might be a modicum of an induction but it's more about the fantasy of being hypnotized than a file that can actually hypnotize you to any deep level.
