While hopefully waiting for a fix you can open your browser's console, run V.building.sections[5].rows and then modify the sold position's type.
E.g. If the weapons manufacturing facility was on the far left run, V.building.sections[5].rows[0][0].type = "Weapon Manufacturing".
If the barracks was on the far right run, V.building.sections[5].rows[0][4].type = "Barracks".

The option "marry her" should come up under the list of options for "use her here:" on the slave's page (where you normally get the options to fuck her, fuck her ass, kiss her etc). It does not require Emotionally Bonded (logically it shouldn't, they don't have the right to refuse under any circumstance E.Bond just means they want it too). Probably requires the policy for marrying slaves.

So, one of the reasons you sell shares to the market is if you don't have enough money to put in funds to grow your corporation. This is best for initial stages where you want to expand aggressively. Share dilution results in dividend dilution. So if you have a 2:1 split with the market in shares, you get 2/3 of the dividend while the other 1/3 is paid to them. Of course in the beginning you might not be getting much out of your corporation, so focusing on expansion is best.
I don't know if there's any interaction for dividend and arcology prosperity, but basically shares = dividend payment. Buying shares = early investment, and you can cash out by selling your own shares once the corp trading value goes up or hoarding the dividend ratio. I don't know if there's a majority shareholder interactions going on considering I rarely ever go below 4:1 share ratio.
For more aspects, every new division results in an overhead cost. That means in addition to the running expenses and asset costs, there's a fixed portion that you will have to pay that will cut into your profit margins. The reason you want a new division though is that acquisition (enslavement) vs training (body mod, training, breaking, whoring) are profitable at different times.
If slave cost is low then acquisition is not as profitable as using them. If slave cost is high then training them isn't as profitable as just selling the captured ones. Of course, if you build up a large corp where one division feeds into the next your profit margins can be manageable even if the economy shifts.
Basically check which division gives you a throughput limit, and expand/downsize your corporation as the economy changes. You want the number in = number out for maximized efficiency, as well as the most profitable divisions at maximum throughput. Also getting new divisions allows you to specialize your slaves further, meaning your corporation slaves might be more aligned to your needs.

I just saw on Fag95Zone that they are trying to create a 3D version of this game called Neo Freecities. I told them they should try and get in contact with the people working on the Pregmod version of Freecities. I also said if they could port everything from pregmod to their 3D version of it which runs on Unity. So what do you all think of a 3D port of Freecities Pregmod. I said it would be a huge undertaking but if it worked that would be amazing :D
