Basically you'll need two cans of kidney beans, one can of baked beans (with the tomato sauce), some rice to go with it and veggies on the side.
The rice and beans actually contain proteins with complementary amino acids, which in practice means they get combined in your body and results in a full profile protein. That's what you want basically.
I fry my vegetables on coconut / olive oil, so you won't be missing any macro-nutrient with this one.
It's a proper healthy meal, not some seeds on an avocado.
More elaborate recipes are welcome too of course, I am pretty new to vegan food.
