This is still a long way off. Even getting a true, functional sex change is beyond current medical technology. Human-animal chimeras are still only being used to grow body parts for implantation in people, and then only because it's easier to do that than to try to grow those part is a vat. The best you could hope for right now would be cosmetic surgery. But I don't think that will give you the results you're looking for and radical body mods don't age well. Remember that guy who wanted to be a tiger so he got tatted to hell and back and a bunch of other stuff? His life fell apart, he got depressed and killed himself.
Will it be possible in the future? Maybe, but that's going to be a very distant future and probably not within your lifetime.

STEM and economics are the only higher education paths worth pursuing. There's plenty of snake oil that uses the term but the math and the hard sciences are the foundation of everything that makes modern civilization possible.
