中国放弃了战略平衡、既合作又竞争的中间路线，选择了斗争到底，这是一个历史性的决定，影响未来至少三十年的命运。
这个决定不是一蹴而就的，而是有着深刻的民意基础，仇美反美已经成为中国的主流意识形态，民众对中国国力自信也达到了新巅峰，中国人普遍认为已经完全可以和美国对抗，甚至美国已经落后于中国。
特朗普这次关税，本质上是谈判筹码。目的一是为了让世界其他国家降低对美关税、采购美国商品。目的二是为了把中国排除出美国供应链。
出台的方式比较激烈，类似于公司财报中的“一次跌个够”的操作手法，把利空一次性释放，接下来都是好消息，美国会不断和世界其他国家达成协议。
特朗普根本不想和中国达成协议，中国强力反制正和其意。中国会和美国打到底，中美贸易彻底脱钩，其他多数国家必须选边站，要么对中国加征关税以换取和美国继续贸易的权力，要么加入中国经济循环。
