人事代理编制这种有编等同于没编，合同到期也是随时可以叫你走人，只是说法跟项目聘用有点不同，性质是完全一样的，要是有人不明白人事代理编制，自己搜一搜吧，我已经解释过好几回了，懒得再解释了
