比如：
如果政府发放福利，中国人就连夜排队，抢完就拿去倒卖。
如果领导好言劝告，中国人以为你软弱可欺，堵住家门讨要说法。
如果全民免费医疗，中国人能把医院当家睡，把医生当牛使，治不好就赖医院不走了。
