I need some help. After eating my pre workout meal I need a snack. I know I shouldn't have one daily but at the same time I need one, help wash out the meat left in my teeth etc. I only need it for the taste so what's a good snack. Preferably just make it taste good but also be pretty much empty since I already have enough food.
-Sugar free
-Low or carb free
-Low cal
I'm thinking fruit but hell if I can stomach it, give me alternatives.
And I'm that guy who's been eating kraft cheese with meals for added flavor. I don't feel like removing cheese right now, I'm thinking of replacing it with Parmesan Cheese instead. Should I?
