only carbs on sunday?
only carbs after workout?
intermittent fasting?
cottage cheese before bed?
Who has tried these myths?
I guess the only carbs on sunday thing is so you can reward yourself on days that you dont workout…but it seems silly because it tempts you to just eat junk food….

>cottage cheese before bed
It's a slow release protein. I eat it regardless of time of day though. Everything else seems like you need to look up how to do cheat days properly.

Im just asking why someone would eat just carbs on off days.
Does it have any scientific merit or has anyone tried it for a long enough time.
It seems like too often to cheat with sugar. I would have to go at least a month without sugar to feel ive deserved a candy bar or doritos…
