>visit doctor's office for checkup and blood work

>required for insurance thing from work

>nurse takes blood pressure.. 152/90

>lol machine malfunction, lets try again

>143/88

>uhh, j-just nervous i guess.. even though BPM was 60-65

>doc says come back in couple of days to check again

>blood analysis comes back as good, cholesterol is LDL=131 but HDL=72, Triglycerides=76

>LDL on the high end, but LDL:HDL is great.

>come in again, feeling calm, 138/85, BPM 63.

>concern.jpg?!

>doc: if you were fat i'd tell you to loose 20 lb, here's a prescription for lisinopril (?) for the rest of your life instead

>..\..\nope.exe

>get a blood pressure monitor for home

>adjust diet with less beef and more fish, I guess?

>get consistent high readings for couple of weeks, BPM is always <70

>yesterday measured it while standing (otherwise was always while sitting)

>115/78, repeat a few times

>sit down and try again and it's 135/88 again.

guise.. am i heart attack? is this typical?

I found articles talking about differences how blood pressure is lower when lying down but not much for standing vs sitting. I don't think I'm pinching my arm when sitting or anything like that.

pic mostly unrelated

That would explain it if my blood pressure was higher when standing up vs sitting.. but it's actually the opposite.

https://www.belmarrahealth.com/blood-pressure-differences-when-lying-down-standing-up-and-sitting/

>If you stand up from a sitting or lying down position and experience orthostatic hypotension, it is likely that your systolic blood pressure has decreased at least 20 mm/HG or your diastolic blood pressure has decreased at least 10 mm/HG within three minutes of standing. It is not uncommon to feel a slight drop in blood pressure and, perhaps, experience a slight lightheaded feeling, but when the feeling lasts for a few minutes and when it happens on a regular basis, you should see a doctor.

You are normal and perfectly healthy, just relax.

And perhaps look for a new doctor.

Are you a nigger? Most american niggers have problems with excreting salt. Something about the slaves who excreted salt normally died on the trip over. Some others also have problems excreting salt.

It's normal for blood pressure to be lower when you stand, especially if you just got up. It takes a short while for the blood vessels to adapt to standing.

Maybe time for a diet detox? Start with a 48 hour fast (water only) and then check the salt levels in your food.

In the physical level, you seem to be doing it alright, but in the mental, you look over concerned and hypochondriac, why don't you try meditation?

My BP increased when I became more sedate and gained pounds also started eating trash again.

When I was eating all non processed food and walking 10k daily and 13lbs lighter my BP was great … now that I reversed those decisions My BP is same as OP …also liquorice , it raises your BP and I happen to like the pure stuff.

This was me my entire life. Always in prehypertension range. Ultra fit with six pack and good cardio.

Stopped eating meat for 3 weeks and I was finally normal.

I regressed into non veganism again, but veganism is what actually solved it.

Eating meat causes atherosclerosis. Sucks, but it's true.

WEEOO WEEOO

High blood pressure doesn't mean jack fucking shit. Some people just have higher blood pressure, like some people have higher/lower body temperature. It's fucking natural. Being able to run on the treadmill without becoming winded and dying of a heart attack is a greater predictor of health than blood pressure ever will.

You literally cucked yourself to ignorant fad medicine. Are you next gonna blast your infants "enlarged thyroid" with radiation, faggot?

These fucking brainless drones who just swarm to the nearest mainstream health article for their gospel are bringing down the collective IQ of mankind from 120 to -100 jesus fucking christ WAKE ME UP FROM THIS COMA.
