Is there a way to calculate how many calories or fat or whatever you burn from weightlifting specific to you? Also is there like an ideal fat percent? Like does going lower than 9% body fat fuck up your testosterone? I've heard Vegan Gains say that but I'm not sure I ought to take his word for it because well it's Vegan Gains.

Pic unrelated.

Measuring calories burned won't tell you much in regards to fat, because the burning and disposal of fat is often rate limited by certain factors that cause other substances to be utilized as fuel first.

Step 1: look in mirror

Step 2: exercise

Step 3: look in mirror to discover you're still fat

Help it didn't work, I looked in the mirror and now the ghost of a woman who was murdered in the 1910's in my apartment is ripping off my skin and killing my gains.
