Am I stronk yet? Overhead press 185 for 1. 200 lbs bench press for 8 reps (although I felt really good one week and did 12). 200 lbs front squat for 20 reps (I like high reps for squats). 400 lbs for deadlift (my worse lift). Barbell row is same as bench. I'm 230 lbs prob 20% bodyfat. I want to be a competitive powerlifter in a few years.

You don't know your own strength kid. You just double posted and got doubles. You're doubly stronger than you were of course and probably doubly as fat to boot. At 20% bodyfat is 10% doubled. When you can overhead press 185 lbs for a double, then you'll have true power. I see you posted Oscar Wilde. That makes this post double gay. (Oscar Wilde + OP = double faggots)

Yes I fucked up and won't let me delete the old post. Don't get me wrong Oscar Wilde was a good writer and had great quotes but he was a yuuuge fag. I'm not though. According to tape measure I'm 16% bodyfat but I don't have visible abs so I feel like 20% is a good estimate but 25% would be like fat fuck DYEL tier. I wanna get huge last cut I dropped 50 lbs and was skinnyfat again. I'll worry about the Jenny Craig sheit when I can press 225lbs+. I'm just excited because before I couldn't bench 95 lbs and it got stuck on my chest and a black guy had to haul it off me. I think I'm a bigger boy now than him.
