You are probably good where you are at weight-wise. You just need more muscle. cutoff for skelly mode is under 10% bodyfat I think.

Congratz anon. I was never that fat, but I've been chubby for a long time. Going from skinnyfat and chubster on and off as I cut and bulk. This cut I'm finally aiming for an ab reveal. Weighed 215 at the start of my cut, weigh 186 now. I think I'll be done around 170 hopefully.

PLEASE answer my questions because I am in a similar situation to you.
>What were your stats when you weighed 236? Height? Lifts?
>How bad is the loose skin?
>Has or do you expect the loose skin to improve?
Because I was squatting 405lbs at 6'1 and 260lbs and my goal weight is also 150lbs. So far I got down to 200lbs and I can't really say I have noticeable loose skin. I can definitely pull on some of it, but I think most people can do that.

6'1 and 150 lbs… the fuck are you smoking. 180 lbs should be your minimum. 170 lbs if you're low on muscle. Stay at 200 lbs and recomp to 12% BMI, fluctuate down to 190 and up to 210, micro cuts and bulks. Your lifts are great, just take the weight you can lift and add more repetitions and sets, up to 6 x 25, down to 3 x 12.

Keep in mind that fat is very dense. It takes losing quite a bit (or gaining quite a lot) to notice a difference in diameter. Additionally if this is your first time getting /fit/ you will put on a decent bit of muscle mass even if you aren't doing it properly. Theoretically with proper diet and routine, the average man can put on up to 30lbs of muscle in their first two years with a proper professional routine/training after that your gains become a decaying function where after four years it's hard to put on even 2-3 pounds per year without roids. Another explanation is obviously water weight- your body will stay bloated, but water weighs less than fat, and you'll be retaining a lot more water than usual if you're going to the gym and staying healthy.
If you're really worried, do this experiment for a week:
>Take a potassium & magnesium supplement or eat foods rich in potassium like bananas and kale and magnesium rich foods like kale and nuts
>Try to eat lower carb (no need to go keto, just try to keep it at 100g of carbs/day or lower)
>Severely limit your sodium intake to about 2g/day preferably about 1.5g/day, no more than 2.3g/day
>Only drink about 40oz water/day if not exercising, or about 60-80oz water/day if you are exercising you want your piss to be consistently mild yellow to indicate you aren't drinking quite as much as you should be, but you still want to be drinking/pissing consistently so as to not become dehydrated or cause damage to your kidneys.
If your waist doesn't shrink in about 3-5 days from doing this, you can probably assume that you're dealing with something other than water weight.

Skeleton here. Throughout my life I have never been able to do a single pullup. After learning about jumping up and slowly letting myself down to build strength I can now do one and three quarter's pullups. Compared to other people it's pathetic but for me it's like magic. When I start for the day I hang from the bar and think to myself "no way I can actually pull myself up" but then I do and it feels like I just bumped a line of coke.

I have spent 5 years doing shit wrong, and I finally believe I have learned from my mistakes. My form was bad. I didn't eat enough on my bulks. Then I ate too much on my bulks. I got fat, so I cut. I became more slim than I've ever been, but I didn't get enough food on my cuts. I lost my gains. Now I'm eating right and getting stronger. I'm eating so well that it actually seems like I'm in recomp. I'm even a little bit slimmer than I was after stopping the cut. I have a lot of ground to reclaim, and then I have to go even further if I want to consider myself strong, but for the first time in all my life I'm pretty happy with with my body image. Things should just get better from here.
If you're new to this journey, here's my advice. Do everything right from the beginning. Yes you'll probably make mistakes and you'll learn from them, but take as much seriously as you can. Get your macros. Track your progress. Do your research.

IKTF, but I recently broke my plateau by cutting out virtually all carbs, and am losing weight like crazy. My daily intake currently consists of 2-4 small cans of tuna, 100-150 g of cheese, a bunch of crunchy pickles, and maybe some Greek salad. I feel more full eating this every day than I did eating whatever I want but just limiting calories I should point out that I haven't been lifting for about 2 months now, and don't recommend doing this if you also go hard in the gym.

You need to work on your pecs, and your abdominis rectus. Push-ups and mountain climbers until you puke.

Bruh I feel you, I am an endomorph manlet (5'11) and decided to go Keto. Sadly it just made me into a skeleton. I literally hammer KJ like crazy to keep me above weight.

Hey everyone! I've been on a journey to learn computer science, and I wanted to share my experience with using an essay writer https://www.phdresearchproposal.org/quantitative-research-proposal-topics/ for my coursework. Learning computer science can be challenging, especially when it comes to writing complex essays and papers. The essay writer I hired provided valuable assistance in structuring my thoughts, conducting research, and presenting my ideas coherently. They had a deep understanding of computer science concepts and were able to deliver high-quality and well-researched essays. Working with an essay writer allowed me to focus more on understanding the core concepts and applying them in practical projects. If you're feeling overwhelmed with computer science assignments, seeking help from an essay writer can be a game-changer in enhancing your learning experience

So! I started making progress a few months ago. It happened when I started regularly taking vitamins from https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ and actively doing sports. It helped me not only to make progress, but also to distract myself from problems in the family
