Sometimes it feels like I’m the only one whose private fantasies almost exclusively take place in some form of “world that is not our own”: Mainly because simple “woman slams man onto the ground and screams at him” is a much more low-budget video production. But reading through these threads it’s clear that I’m not. To me, a role reversal alternate reality is so much more attractive because I don’t feel like a domme at all when I think about humiliating a man because “you’re so pathetic because you submit to women.” It’s also why feminization is a turn-off to me. It’s like I’m shitting on myself in order to make a man feel bad, which are two distinct things I hate doing. I’m into gentle femdom and more sadistic stuff, but I also flatter myself that I would not want to domme a guy that I considered ugly or pathetic, rather, my ideal sub is hot and courageous, smart, etc. However, in my fantasies men wear dresses and women wear suits, because suits feeeeel more professional.
Unfortunately, I see a lot of role reversal alternate universe stuff where the men look like… ugly women. The women look good because we are used to adapting suits/pants to fit women’s bodies, but we just throw a women’s dress onto a male body and say “eh, good enough.” I’m all for men in dresses, but we can do better! Part of this post is for the ladies’ benefit (so we can indulge in fantasies with hotter men) but also for the guys out there because there’s a dearth of femdom content where men are portrayed as treasured and sexy—and who doesn’t want to feel treasured and sexy?
For examples, I’m using two time periods: A bastardized amalgam of 19th century fashion because I’m a slut for Jane Austen and 1950’s era clothing because that seems to be a femdom favorite for role reversal.
I am including three pictures:
One is a “bad example” drawing where I just drew historical women’s dresses on men’s bodies. Regency dresses already look like potato sacks, and they look just as bad on our model. He looks like a woman with a square jawline. Dior’s iconic “new look” looks okay because it’s objectively a fucking gorgeous dress, but it doesn’t flatter the man’s figure as much as it could.
The next is an example of men’s suits adapted to female bodies. They look fine, unlike the men in my first picture, because the suits have been reimagined to emphasize an hourglass figure. I flared out the tailcoat to a greater degree to give my 19th century woman more Ass Volume.
The third picture is some dresses “fixed” to fit men. As a general rule, big poofy skirts are going to look shitty on men, but if you drop the poof line down in a mermaid dress and change to a halter top to emphasize a man’s wide shoulders, you get a pretty smokin’ hot dude. Because I hate regency potato dresses on all genders, I crammed a bunch of 19th century fashion trends into a dress that, I must confess, is partly influenced by historic paintings of Maharajahs, who knew how to pull off a skirt. Because of men’s squarer bodies, I could drop the waistline way lower than in any woman’s dress and it still looks damn good. And I put in a cape because hell yeah.
