I'll ask a pertinent but necessary question, how many of you actually care about doing a streamed race? We want to get around 10 people or so in the stream, but I'd prefer if we got some honest answers as to whether or not this is a good idea. Its obvious that some are interested in using the service, but I'm wondering if there are others, who would be deeply interested in at least entertaining the idea, but are unable to due to poor scheduling.

I've watched even with the scheduling which admittedly wasn't particularly brilliant (it was a Friday so I could get away with staying up till 5am) so I'm fine
I think if you can get it in between or after sessions and you make it clear for people that they can stick around to watch the stream people will watch.
Some people will care more about watching a GP2, GP3, IndyCar or even formula E races and will chose to watch them instead.

I'm going to watch it either way because I enjoy your company during classic races but I think I'm really the only brit who will stay up or wake up at 2am to watch F1 with you guys. So I'd prefer it earlier for the sake of any other brits
