IG Metall which is the largest auto union in Germany is not nearly as parasitic as the UAW.
The UAW has made every terrible policy reality (after taft hartley, they made it so you had to pay union dues even if you werent a member), all pay is tiered based on seniority not skill or any semblance of meritocracy, the unions get restraining orders against the plant operators so they can interrupt the workers doing their jobs during business hours and it is illegal for the plant owner to get them to fuck off (on their own property).
Meanwhile in right to work states in the south, or the north (indiana is one and is doing quite well with subaru and AM general having plants there among others), the quality of labor is improved, meritocracy is retained, and the workers are happier.
there is a reason the UAW cannot unionize in the south: the workers don't want it. You claim that everyone who is an autoworker in the south is some inbred uneducated fuck but you should know the workers take various tests (such as raven progressive matrices) which produce results similar to IQ tests. The workers hired at plants in the south are multiple standard deviations more intelligent than their fucktarded and coddled statist brethren in the union-slave states.
Hence the reason they arent interested in being subject to the serfdom of the union.
Workers come into the job stoned in UAW states and cant be fired even after workplace dangers do occur.

The UAW went to Chattanooga and asked if the workers wanted to have a vote as to whether they would unionize.
People agreed to have a vote and signed the letters. The UAW then claimed that these were the names of people who wished to unionize, when it was actually the much larger number of people who wanted to get a vote to get the UAW the fuck out.
