كنت اعرف شخص بيطلع شهادات جامعية سليمة وبيسجلهاحد عن طريق شخص في التعليم العالي بتتسجل في السجلات الاكاديمية وفي التعليم العالي والشخص ده بياخد منه ٣٠ الف للشهادة وطلع ٤ شهادات لناس اصحابه من غير ولا سنة دراسة

واللي اثبت صحتها ان اتنين منهم قدموا في الجيش ودخلوا مؤهل عالي ولسه مخلصين واشتغلوا بيها والدنيا تمام .. الشخص اللي اعرفه سافر ومش عارف اوصله .. حد يعرف حد في التعليم العالي بيعمل كده مقابل فلوس
