دلوقتي انا ازاي اعرف الاسعار بالظبط في كل حته في مصر من علي اوليكس و اكيد الناس بتحط اسعار مبالغ فيها ازاي اتاكد اذا كان العقار دا فرصة واروح ادفع فيه الفلوس في ساعتها؟ هل اصاحب سماسرة متناكين في مصر كلها مثلا؟

وازاي ملبسش في العقار و محدش ينيكني و معرفش ابيعه تاني!
