Here is a Doom mod being made that recreates the feel of Build engine games, down to the weapons, enemies, and movement handling. It's probably what Brootal Duum should've been if it hadn't gone down the path of feature bloat.

has anyone here ever started off on doom from its roots
i still own a old windows pc and decided to boot it up to play doom the only enemy i remember is the spider mastermind and a couple of others this was before i moved on to other games like silent hill metal gear and other konami games.
