Yea I use to be a bit up there in weight but 'healthy just fine weight' I basically just cut calories and continued my normal exercise routine. It's pretty easy to lose weight if you just control what you eat. I generally ended up eating one meal a day as well. It definitely felt great losing the weight even if I'm not teetering on the 'unhealthy' side of weight.
