Make sure to spend time preparing your ass, if you rush foreplay take more time on it. Anyway, for OP, it would help if you clarify what you're having trouble with. If it's his girth, then that's easy. Stretching with toys will help, and in particular an inflating toy would be perfect for this. If it's length, that's more problematic. As the other anon said, because of the curve of your lower intestine, you're effectively limited on depth to a point. In my experience, when you get to about 7-8" you start hitting that spot, but over 9" or so will go past it and stretch out the bend and then it's not so bad.
