So guys have XY sex chromosomes, and women have XX. This means an egg cell basically doesn't determine a child's sex at all, it's going to have the mother's DNA in there. In normal fertilization a sperm cell carries their half the DNA along with an X or Y chromosome.
But notice both have X, and I might be crazy but I swear I've seen this proposed seriously before, it might be possible to suck the DNA out of an egg cell and replace it with a male's DNA provided it carries an X chromosome too. I'm pretty sure this would utterly destroy the egg cell beyond it being usable, definitely not while it is still in a woman so this is a test tube baby for sure. But once thats done just gotta introduce sperm to the situation and assuming it even can be fertilized since I have no fucking clue how the rest of the DNA would work here you got a kid with two biological fathers and no mother being grown in a bag (Test tubes wouldn't be used we have artificial wombs for that)

I do know what it is. Whatever definition you/OP have isn't the actual meaning of it and probably just ripped from a slight understanding of what chimera is.
Microchimerism is when a creature has cells in it that are genetically distinct from the rest of the creature. Not two sperm fucking mixing somehow or any other crazy shit.

For one the body treats sperm cells as a hostile invader, they're actively destroyed by the immune system so there is no keeping it in the body for later like there would be with lingering cells from a failed child or bits floating around after the child is born the body wouldn't recognize as a threat.
The only other way it could happen is if sperm could mix their DNA which they just fucking can't. Then if a sperm cell fertilized an egg cell it could, but surprise the egg cell locks itself down at that point meaning the sperm would somehow need to invade a stem cell, which it can't, and replace part of the exist DNA with it's own.
