Codemonkey recognizes this and is also wise enough to realize that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. When you look at the numbers, /v/ is not broken, and any attempts to fix it would only be rolling the dice as to whether or not things would get better or worse. Why chance it? Just leave Mark in charge.

- Contrary to what all of you like to believe, most users love /v/. You don't even need to poll anyone as all you need to do is look at the post counts per thread. The enthusiasm among the userbase is astounding, a testament to a thriving board. Also consider that the last thread in the catalog right now has a post date of Jan 23rd, so threads are getting pruned every 4 days right now.

- Lastly, and most important of all, you cannot hold a candle to the dedication and autism of /v/'s current staff. They are literally on at all hours of the day doing it for free. It is rare that Mark's butthole spam stays up for longer than a few minutes at any time of day as Mark has vols from all corners of the world doing his bidding with a fierce and unquestioning loyalty. They kowtow to his whims. What more could Codemonkey ask for than a group of loyal autists willing to keep his board devoid of low-quality cocks for absolultely free? And you can complain about how the vols delete too many posts, but, to CM, deleting too many posts is better than not deleting enough, especially when the board's numbers indicate that /v/ is a bustling hub of activity.
