I disagree. I'll try to explain why but basically the only real solution for Jahans is treatment in a secure facility. It's about damage control because there's currently no real fix for this. If his mental illness is caused by brain damage then there's nothing to be done.
He compares his fantasies to mainstream horror like vampires and Hannibal - a rationalisation scheme to normalise his madness. He also projects his fetishes onto the audience several times. It's the same as how downyfags, fat fetishists, paedos, etc can't resist posting about it everywhere. They believe everyone else secretly likes it. Jahans is worse than them but it's the same thought process.
I think everyone now accepts that all his political bullshit is projection as well. He thinks so many people are evil nazis, not just because The Guardian tells him so, but because he is such a nasty person himself. If he had any power he would be the same as any straw man / historical figure that he and his left-wing friends like to use (Josef Mengele, Hitler, and so on).
We have to accept that he actually gets off on the idea of war, the west being destroyed, hating white people (especially women), and all the rest. He'll say he needs to stop but it is not genuine. If he can say he knows this, and he knows that, then he doesn't have to listen to any external voice of sanity. We've seen he has very grandiose ideas about his ability to understand everything. He has explicitly stated he knows what people are going to say to him before they say it or finish their sentence.
Many criminals view themselves as a lost cause or as monsters because, if that's fundamentally what they are, then they don't have to think about behaving differently. The alternative of genuine introspection is simply too painful and would required too much effort. They can develop an almost righteous hatred of anyone who objects to their criminality because they begin to believe it is their natural state. You'll see such people talk about human relationships in terms of wolves and sheep, predator and prey. Jahans does exactly this.
Jahans's worldview is now twisted and delusional beyond any reason. He views anyone who disagrees with him as evil and advocates for violence and even genocide against them. Then in the next sentence he'll claim he's against violence, followed by the inevitable "but".
