To be fair he is kind of right. The switch from hand drawn animation to flash easymode animation killed many of the production values that the old era had. Now I will say they did a pretty fucking good job with that frozen thing and I hate new disney now but I will give them props. Now there are some things that are well done in cgi and some things that are not. I believe that Disney always had a stronger case with 2d hand drawn. A lot of anime as well had had a decent amount of good works with hand drawn. It just looks better in my opinion. Though I fully understand that in todays world that kind of talent is almost gone and it costs a hell of a lot more time and money to run a studio that hand draws everything. I just hate how everything is shoved into cgi now and flash instead of being actually drawn well.
