Redpill me on Martin luther, was he an Insane Heretic like the Catholics say? Or was he a saint that saved Western Christianity from pope Idolatry and Indulgences like the Protestants say? I wanna hear both Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox views.

He was a former Catholic priest who took catholicism in one direction while the Papal faction took it in another direction based on the counter-reformation. The problem with either side is that they are still sectarians, but the most rotten of the bunch joined the pope, so that cult got pretty bad after the split was complete. They essentially much completely shunned the gospel in the council of Trent, which was their reaction to the protestant split.
I would say at the end of the day he didn't affect any doctrines of Christ. Of course this is true, as these are based on the Holy Bible, and the church historically has remained baptist based on the Scriptures all along. But politically his influence was important because it divided many countries. Of course, this political process of attempting to create the One World Religion had been stalled since the time of Wycliffe, over hundred years before him.
As Wycliffe wrote, in De veritate sacrae scripturae, p. 108.
"We have a perfect knowledge of all things necessary to salvation, from the faith of Scripture."
And also in De veritate sacrae scripturae, pp. 552-553.
"The merit of Christ is of itself sufficient to redeem every man from hell: it is to be understood of a sufficiency of itself, without any other concurring cause."

Martin Luther was a marrano with only one goal: to gain Germanic favour - the 95 thesis - to convince noble Germans that J3ws and Catholics are the same, and canalise the really bad fame who J3ws had in those lands in the Catholic Church and the Holy Roman Empire.
It's not a coincidence that Lutheranism appears a few decades after the Reconquista of Granada (the definitive expulsion of Muslims from the Western Europe), the expulsion of Jews from Castile and Aragon (Spain), and a new reinvigorate Holy Roman Empire with the House of Hapsburg-Trastámara, who had in plans to defeat the Turks from Constantinople and reconquer Jerusalem.
What Protestants did to stop Muslim invasion? They did nothing. They just simply burnt churches, burnt monasteries, executed every person who believed in Catholic Faith. They kneel in front of Muslims to ask for aid.
In the case of Martin Luther, he was very humoristic. He's best friends were to converse J3ws.
Martin Luther was a great actor; sometimes he showed some flexibility with Catholics; sometimes he allied with Protestant Calvinists (seditionist iconoclastic anarchist mercenaries); and sometimes he condemned them.
The point is that Martin Luther ensured that the Catholic Church and Western Europe hadn't enough power to stop the Ottomans. That was his main goal.
He criticised them with true arguments; but it's the same as Wiston Churchill criticising the J3ws, but also fighting against HitIer at the same time. The same tactic.

You're saying he wasn't German?
I think he and Erasmus were influenced by "humanism," which was indeed based on writings of rabbinic writers, such as the alchemist Ramon Llully. In the 1400s, you had the get-together of Marsilio Ficino and Gemistus Pletho at the council of Florence, which caused the spread of humanism (i.e. neo-platonism) at his "platonic humanist academy" in Florence among the ranks of state priests. This ideology later spread via Giovanni Pico della Mirandola, Johannes Reuchlin, and Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa. It ironically taught that you would convert people by studying and referring to the Talmud of Judaism. Many printers in Italy, such as in Milan and Mantua, printed the Talmud, because of humanism/neoplatonism, even while the Holy Bible was banned from the very same presses.
And by the way, yes of course neoplatonism is degenerate and wicked, just as 'gnosticism' and 'judaism' are. Those three are all interrelated. It has nothing to do with the Bible or to the Biblical nation of Israel or to the church.
As it says in Colossians 2:8,
>Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

The point is that Martin Luther's plan was to gain favour of people of Germany, and deceive them by canalising the really bad reputation of the J3ws and deposit in the Catholic Church and the Holy Roman Empire. It did worked. Luther and his comrades divided the Church, seized populations in Northern of Germany, Denmark, Dutch lands (Flanders - Netherlands -, Belgica), Hungary… By the end they kneel down in front of Ottoman (Muslim) king Suleiman, asking for "protection", while they were destroying the Catholic Church in their towns.
That's the most despicable act of cowardice and submission by "so proud" people.
Their hate against the Holy Catholic Church and against the Holy Roman Empire became them into dogs.

Are you angry at God, anon? Are you acting this way because you think that our Lord cannot save his people when He wants to? Regardless of everything else, you seem to be very discouraged and unbelieving in the power and wisdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. You realize He is God right? Nobody can change that. He said, "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

The apostles had to wait until they were endued with power from on high. The Holy Spirit was sent to them to provide that leadership. The head and leadership of the church is God, not man. That is what divides us from sectarians who have a human founder - Christ is the head of the church. Didn't you know that?

Why do you try to twist my words? lol.
It seems you don't have any argument, and try to justify the treacherous behaviour of the "founders" of Protestant churches.
Church of England was founded by Adulthery - Anne Boleyn - Henry VIII's lover.
Calvinists - they were iconoclastic anarchists who pushed sedition against Holy Catholic Faith.
> muh seditious Protestants were persecuted because they burnt churches and killed Catholics. Thank you Mussies to assist us. It's better be a vassal of a Muslim than be a Catholic Christian.
Lutherans - the founders of this circus.

>In contrast to this, in paragraph #2 at the beginning of this article, the Roman Catholic Church says that the rock cannot refer to Jesus “but only Peter–as is so much more apparent in Aramaic in which the same word (Kipha) is used for ‘Peter’ and ‘rock.'” The problem is that the text is not in Aramaic – but Greek. Since we do not have the Aramaic text, it is not proper to refer to it as proof of the Roman Catholic position. We have to ask ourselves why the Roman Catholic Church would resort to using something that we don’t have: the Aramaic text. Is it because their argument is not supported by the Greek, and so they must infer something from a text we don’t possess?
>Furthermore, in John 1:42 it says, “He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him, and said, “You are Simon the son of John; you shall be called Cephas,” (which is translated Peter).” The word “Peter” here is Petros–not petra. It is used to elucidate the Aramaic kephas which is not a name in Aramaic.
>“Except in Jn. 1:42, where it is used to elucidate Aramaic kēphás, Pétros is used in the NT only as a name for Simon Peter . . . The translation supports the view that Kēphás is not a proper name, since one does not usually translate proper names”1

> Martin Luther and Calvinists were heroes, because they just only brought more problems for Western Europe, while the Holy Roman Empire were defending our dominions. We never fought against infidels; we just simply joined them. Yes, we were the true heroes of our more than 666 denominations.

honestly, where do you formulate these vile takes? It's literally schizo
quote 1 is about the peasants revolt
quote 2 is a paraphrase of Paul saying the gospel is foolishness to the world
Luther was a doctor of theology, found himself in constant tension with secular rulers, and died naturally

Except that's completely ahistorical. The Holy Roman Empire was crippled after the concordat of worms was signed in 1122, and especially after Frederick II died in 1250. This was due at least partially to the papal faction fighting against the imperialists.
Also, the entire reason the Turks were able to invaded Europe in the first place has to do with the Venetians invading Byzantium in 1204. It's funny that you are so obsessed with the Ottomans while not even grasping this fact. Oh well, guess we should just quietly let the irony sink in.

No. The title of Holy Roman Emperor was still having.
Maximilian was declared Holy Roman Emperor; and after his son Phillip The Fair gained the Throne, and married with Johanna of Aragon, their son Charles was declared Holy Roman Emperor. THIS IS WHY ALL THESE NOBLE WITH HIDDEN AGENDAS WERE FEARING (SUCH AS KING FRANCIS OF FRANCE, HENRY VIII, THE MEDICI, AND JOHN SIGISMUND). AND THEN, SURPRISINGLY, THE PROTESTANT FACTOR APPEARS.
THE PROTESTANTS JUST ONLY FOCUSED TO ALIENATE AND DIVIDE WESTERN EUROPE.
THEIR MISSION? SIMPLE: TO STOP AND DESTROY THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE AT ALL COST. BECAUSE THAT EMPIRE WAS THREATENING THEIR (/(ECONOMIC INTERESTS)\).

A citation is a reference to a source.[2]
