#1 Sins are bad because they cause the suffering of other human beings. However…
>Psalm 51:4 Against You, You only, have I sinned, And done this evil in Your sight— That You may be found just when You speak, And blameless when You judge.
#2 The unbeliever will repent when giving an account of their lives on Judgement Day. However, though they will be unexcusably guilty, I see no evidence they will repent of their sins and have a change of heart. That time has passed.
>2 Timothy 3:25-26 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
