This is true of catholic clergy as well. Just as our political systems and institutions generating opinion have been completely taken over by stealth, so have the churches. These satanists own every institution of any power in the western world. They've taken over everything. Your openly pagan pope ought to have removed the scales from your eyes. You can't trust anything outside of your personal commitment to God. The Catholic church is not the pathway to salvation though it may have been at one time.

If I was a protestant, I'd denouce you for false witness. Absolutes, saying "All Catholic Clergy are pedophiles" is obviously false, obviously said out of hate and malice. You and all those who supported your mortal sin by silence must repent or face hell and eternal damnation.

I think the issue can be explained by the fact that Catholic (and some protestant) priests are required to be celibates before becoming one.

The funny thing is that rule wasn't really made as a way to make sure they are sexually impure, but more as way to prevent nepotism towards their children. I suppose some priests have abused their powers before the church decided to implement that rule.

Also, the bible never explicitly required preachers to be celibate, although it is encouraged.

As a grain of salt I would like to add the fact that the Catholic church encourages (or encouraged) gay men to become priests to help them suppress their urges through prayer and devotion. Needless to say it didn't really work as planned.

I'm an Orthodox and I can say that married priests (orthodox men can marry before becoming priests) are usually more 'realistic'. They tend to contribute and understand better the community they live in.
