I am having a serious moral/ guilty conciousness crisis right now and I don't know how to deal with it

due to my own dumbassery and addictions I think I did something that I shouldn't have done

and idk with who should I speak to this

I've been trying too seek god but is been difficult specially when the guilt is devouring me

pherhaps I'm being too paranoid or something but Idk what to do idk with who to speak about this

help pls

Why not speak explicitly? You're anonymous here, after all. Regardless, you can always confess to Jesus directly and you will be forgiven. Every time I sin and am feeling too guilty/ashamed to pray for forgiveness and repent, it always gets worse until I build up the courage to repent.

Pherhaps I am overracting

but okay

Suffice to say that I was so blinded by my own weakness and obssesion

that I end up in a place full of sick people

and I just simply didn't notice

recently I saw something that shocked me to the core

and well tbf I'm not sure if it was real but it looked real to me

so I reported it

and ran away from that place

but now the guilt is consuming me

idk what to do

You're talking about cheese pizza, I presume? The fact that you were shocked to the core by what you saw shows that your conscience has not been seared, that is a good thing (your reaction, not the fact that you were exposed to it in the first place). I would suggest praying for mental clarity, pray for your mind to be cleansed of the imagery you have been exposed to.

You'll be fine, it may take a while to recover but, if my assumptions are correct, think of this as your wake up call regarding your addictions/obsessions.

If you saw something that was illegal, it is your responsibility to report it to the authorities (anonymously if you are scared). Repent - which means admitting your mistake, asking the LORD for His forgiveness, and turning away from it forevermore.
