>Imagine your mind imaginating weird and disgusting things all the time, as you like these things but you actually dislike it.
I like many others have plenty of personal experience with this as I used to consume a lot of pornography of all kinds, whether I fell into temptation, was bored, or willingly indulged in it. I knew it was wrong every time I did it but I kept coming back. Realizing that I had no legacy (in fact, it would be one of sin that ruined my life) if I had died, I knew urgent change was needed and submitted myself to Christ. I hope that some of the advice I'll share here will help you and through God you'll be able to end your addiction.
>1. Pornography is a sin against the sixth and ninth commandments
"Lust is disordered desire for or inordinate enjoyment of sexual pleasure. Sexual pleasure is morally disordered when sought for itself, isolated from its procreative and unitive purposes. (CCC 2351)" The reason you are having these thoughts all the time is because it is normalized in you. If a man lusts after a specific fetish or particular body type of woman in pornography, that will only narrow his field of vision further. He will lust after that type of woman - reducing them to an "instrument of sexual pleasure." You must physically remove (delete/block websites/etc) any and all temptation. For instance, If you have any movies or games with sex scenes or images that tempt you, get rid of them. The more you begin to love and serve God, the more you will begin to hate evil. So even if you mess up a few times, what matters is that you keep on trying.
>2. Prayer for Purity
Praying the rosary daily will help you resist temptation. If you remind yourself and focus on Mary who was perfect and sinless (the perfect example of a woman before God), you will come to all sorts of wonderful conclusions about your life and how to be a living example of Christ. For example, Mary dressed perfectly as a woman (no skin being revealed, her head covered, no leg showing, etc). These are just some of the things to think about when it comes to pure thoughts.

>3. Win over impure thoughts with pure thoughts
This really helped me as well as prayer and discipline, but I hope it helps you, too (if not, at least your own version of it you can spend time thinking of). I'm a very visual person. I enjoy painting and drawing, and I also enjoy looking at art, watching movies, that sort of thing. When that is corrupted with graphic violence and sexual content for "entertainment" your desires become twisted as we understand. It took me a very, very long time to realize this, but to help defeat my constant desire for my sexual passions, I had to seek out what was good. And it is only what God wants that is good. I replaced my visual library with wholesome images, stopped watching hentai and anime that made me feel deep shame, and focused on what God wants from me. I posted William Adolphe Bouguereau because he was a Catholic artist who I believe painted with the purist of intentions unlike "artists" today on social media. His paintings of the Most Holy Family, the Christ Child, St. John the Baptist, are something which captures the innocence of childhood, the purity of the Blessed Mother, the beauty of family, and much more. In essence, replace that which is evil, with what is pure and good.
I hope this helps in some way. I've provided some links for more info. God bless you, OP.
