One thing that needs to change with the church is the divisions.

Believers are saved sure, but should still seek out wisdom and understanding, I think the weak Christian is a reason for a lot of problems with the church worldwide

If you're prot, catholic, or ortho, that's fine, if you believe in Christ and that he rose from the dead, you're saved

If you want to add something to salvation then its heresy

We are all believers, some are holier than others, some are farther along, just don't be a baby Christian forever.

Scholarly knowledge doesn't mean you have wisdom or understanding either.

That is exactly the theological issue we protestants have with how the roman church officially teaches the gospel

But then you declare contested doctrine as fact so your thread will just become another doctrine bickering thread, and people will be snarky and hostile and the devil loves it, it wont be a unity thread.

A unity thread must simply be: "Let's pray for the grace of unity".

We should have one at all times simply bumped with prayers and not with historical or doctrinal commentary.

One day, the Catholics and Orthodox will unite, for our differences can be reconciled. Protestantism, on the other hand, is seemingly a lost cause.

no, OP, you baby christian, if you add anything to salvation you are cut off from Christ

You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace. - Gal 5:4

thus the protestants hold that the roman catholic, the eastern church and every fringe-wizard sect who adds extra-biblical rite to the gospel are Apostate

check out the dogmas for yourself before pontificating on here, see how much is added to the gospel by the RCC sacraments, and the nonsense dreamed up in EO mysticism, all of which they hold as necessary to salvation
