I would think it sad, to find out that your own mother doesn't keep the faith.

Go confess your anger and rage. You'll get the graces needed to overcome it.

Also words will only get you so far, conversion is a grace no point being hostile, you wont help the conversion of anyone with that attitude, you start insulting people in the very first sentence.

If people dont listen to you, you go on living the holy life and admonish through conduct.

If they look at you and see a raving madman they'll see no reason to convert or mend their ways. If they see a holy man they might think twice.

If you discuss theology online dont go about calling others larpers or whatnot, respond candidly even though they might be insulting or having a wrong attitude themselves. If you fall yourself into the sarcasm and insulting the devil won.

Op, the faith requires you honor your father and your mother. Thus, it is a sin to be angry with them for not keeping the faith. You're not keeping the faith by not honoring your mother for not keeping the faith.

I hate being so lonely in the faith. This board is the closest I get to faith conversation. I want to break free of this computer I use…but it would just mean, I become…even more lonely. I want them to help me…so much. I want to grow closer to Him.

You could ask in your church if there is voluntary charity work activities, then join and meet believers. Not to mention it would also sanctify your soul.

I try R/ catholcism, but I find them too…casual, for lack of a better term. I find them often too loose with proper etiquette. For example in regards to blasphemy and dangerous stuff on TV particularly. as Father Chad said, that Gods name is to be only in of of 2 ways

1. In education (e.g God is triune)

2. In reverence (e.g. Glory be to the father and to the son and to the Holy Ghost as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end) ANYTHING else than that, is blasphemy. And when you consent to watching a show where God's name is used in vain, EVEN if they do not mean it. It is a sin and you are consenting to thee egregious sin. Also earlier in the year I was concerned that the closures from Covid, could hurt the Church and I was laughed at and derided, saying I did not care. Well it turns out the closures, REALLY ARE worse than the virus. About 180 million people have died of starvation because of the lockdowns. Educated guess: They are mostly third world causalities. Because for many of them the global economic slowdown has likely ruined many a livelihood and many a job has disappeared. Case in point: Tourism. Because of the vast decrease in tourism, many people whose lives DEPEND on tourism…no longer have jobs. No tourists means no tour guides, or waitstaff, or services. People are dying in droves.

Technically, we're not even supposed to be here because exposing ourselves to protestants is an occasion of sin. For me, it's a remote occasion of sin. For others it may be a proximate occasion of sin and thus a sin.

But I do not understand people. I have never figured out how to relate to people. Codes of conduct, eye contact, facial expressions, what people mean when they say something etc.

even if I were to join a men's…I would STILL not understand what to do, what to say, how to proceed. People mystify me.

Okay what do I talk about at a men's group. I do not know how to empathize and is a problem. How do I know if someone is even interested in what I say. I wanted to join the order of the holy name…but I would have to attend meetings, and I don't know what to do at meetings. Like…I have no idea out what to propose…. what to suggest.

Even Jesus was angry when He saw the jews desecrating the temple. It's hard not to be angry with how far the world has fallen. Not only are people rotten but they glorify rottenness and evil and think it is virtuous to do so.

I would love to be able to have social gatherings, to do picnics and the like….but I do not know how to even talk to people.
