Well i can see where you're coming from i've read about marriages of nobility in monarchies as young as 6. I'm not sure when the catechism has changed on that issue but now fertility is a requirement for marriage, so that would be on average around twelve y/o. I doubt they consummated their marriage before it was appropriate, but i'd like to know more on this whole issue.

Kindly pray for me folks. I'm very stressed this semester because of the endless exams and problems between my parents in the house. I'm not having enough time to study well for my exams, and so naturally I've been doing bad on them (or at least not as good as I'm used to). I've got a big exam on Saturday, and I don't know if I have enough time to finish studying for it because of the personal problems I've been facing which have just been really exacerbated and amplified this semester. I don't know why. My prayer life has been on and off, I'm not attending mass (though I did like two weeks after not attending for around 6-7 months, thanks gorona), and I'm just generally "depressed" most of the time. Please pray for me that I may pass all my courses this semester without having to repeat a single one.

Need some help anons. I've been having trouble sleeping and I'm racked with horrible nightmares almost every night. Last night I woke up at 11:30pm kicking and screaming. Heavy imagery of Satan and being captured/chased by him, don't really want to get into specifics, but I don't want to throw around assumptions like that involving demons. Anyways I was burning hot and sweating through my clothes, mouth tasted like blood. Couldn't fall back asleep despite having to work at 5am. Seriously I've barely slept the last couple weeks because of this sort of thing. Not sure what to do, if anything. Please pray for the protection of my soul. God bless you fellows.

Hey Anon. There are some things I'd like you to do.

1) Know that these are dreams and do not necessarily mean anything.

2) Since however you are suffering physically and mentally from this, I urge you to do the following:

a) Search around your house for any demonic objects, idols, ouija boards, Buddha statues, anything to do with astrology, Hindu objects, etc. You know what I mean. Anything you or your family purchased that has to do with New Age mysticism and so forth.

b) Now I don't know if you're Catholic, but if you are, and you find any such objects, I urge you to take them to a Catholic priest (a traditional one if you can; pre Vat II rites are much powerful), and tell him your story. If you don't have any such objects, I still urge you to go to a (traditional) Catholic priest and tell him your story. A traditional Catholic priest essentially means he performs the Latin Mass. He could be FSSP, SSPX, and so forth. If you can't find such a Catholic priest, go to a priest who is not your typical hipster flower child hippie that we see today all around us.

c) Again, I don't know if you are Catholic or not. If you aren't, I urge you to pray the Jesus Prayer: "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy upon me, a sinner." Recite this prayer whenever you can. Repeat it again and again. Whenever you have those nightmares again and you wake up, I want you to recite the prayer continuously. If you are Catholic, I urge you to pray the Rosary in addition to the Jesus Prayer. Before you sleep or at the end of the Rosary (try not to say the Rosary before bed time because you'll fall asleep while reciting it. It's happened to me countless times), pray the prayer to St. Michael: "Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the Power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world, seeking the ruin of souls. Amen." If you wake up from your nightmares, pray this. Pope Leo XIII came up with this prayer after witnessing a vision depicting Christ and the devil conversing. Pope Leo was so horrified about what the devil was going to do with the world that he came up with the prayer immediately afterwards. He instructed that it be recited at the end of every Mass. Unfortunately, after Vatican II, this practice was no longer continued.

I have been praying for protection and I think it has been helping. Luckily there isn't a lot of new-age s— in my house because everyone I live with is an atheist or so softcore about their religion that they are practically atheists. Two things, you're too warm at night. Remove a blanket or sleep in less clothes. Second, get a knife, carry it with you. Learn how to use it a bit. Picture yourself using it in justified ways like protecting others. This will carry over into your dreams.
