Call me paranoid but I'm starting to suspect there are atheists trolls impersonating Christians to create flame wars.

I doubt any even lukewarm orthodox or Christian would ever say they were rooting for a daemon, that's messed up

Anyone with even a basic knowledge of the Catholic church would know we don't actually believe that. It's like something form an atheist who read one or two lines about Catholics somewhere and ran with it.
And these comments always seem to be directed at trying to start flamewars.
On one had I think this should actually be encouraged because people eventually become what they larp as. It's how 4chan larped themselves into becoming racist.
At the same time we as Christians should be aware of it and not let them create flamewars. Of course we disagree about important aspects of the faith, and those disagreements are important and meaningful and should be debated.
But at the same time I just think we should be aware that there are also trolls out there looking to start flamewars and be careful not to take the bait.
