Well since they are quite literally two separate people who have been physically conjoined, it's safe to say they would simply be separate people in their post-death forms

I think that people who were born with defective or missing limbs will not remain that way were they to make it to resurrection. Conjoined twins don't really have "one body", they have a body each but they got stuck and deformed together.
