Why does this always happen? Why do washed-up celebs go onto YouTube and start spouting weird beliefs? I saw another poster claim that it's just attention-seeking. I don't understand it though. There's plenty of ways to get healthy attention. Why not get some hobbies and join a community centered around those hobbies? Do they seriously believe that by spouting these strange ideas, they'll return to their former place in the spotlight?
Or perhaps it's not serious. Perhaps the very idea that this is a way to return to their former glory is part of their self-delusion. It's a lie they refuse to critically analyse because they know that without it, they'll have nothing else and will either be forced to either (preferably) move on or commit suicide.
To close, as I don't believe Tila's ideas are being successfully propagated to wider society and as I don't believe there's any indication that Tila's ideas have the potential to become accepted by wider society (as demonstrated by the fact that her channel's not trending), even if she has supportive comments on her videos, I don't see why one should give her any attention. There's plenty of people out there with odd ideas and a following.
For example, here's a channel with an owner who propagates the debunked "double-beat" theory. He has approximately 30k subscribers and typically gets at least 2k views on his videos.

Did you think false prophets wouldn't get a following, OP?
